CARSON CUSTOMERS: Per the terms of the Franchise Agreement, WR is permitted to adjust customer rates by the CPI using March-to-March indexed values, effective July 1 of each year.
The total rate change, effective 71/1/22, for residential customers is $1 or less per month. For non-residential customers, the difference is less than $10/month for 1-3-1 commercial trash service.
