First time users will need to register with either the phone number on file or the most recent invoice number.
Refunds and/or credits cannot be processed online.
Once you log in, you can:
- Pay your bill – You have the option to pay one bill at a time or set up recurring payments
- Confirm your collection day(s)
- Review your services

Residential Billing
Residential and multi-family cart customers in Carson are billed for standard service (1 cart each for trash, recycling, and mixed organics) by Los Angeles County through property taxes. Any additions or changes to service are billed by Waste Resources on a monthly basis. Billing is pro-rated for starts/stops within the service month.
Residential and multi-family cart customers in Gardena are billed by Golden State Water and must give notice to change or cancel their service directly with them. Waste Resources cannot process residential cancellation requests.
Residential and multi-family cart customers in Hawaiian Gardens are billed by Waste Resources. Invoices cover three months of service and are sent around mid-quarter. For example, the February invoice covers January-March service. Billing is pro-rated for starts/stops within the service quarter.
Residential and multi-family cart customers in Lynwood are billed by Waste Resources. Starting 1/1/22, invoices cover two months of service. For example, the January invoice covers January-February service. Billing is pro-rated for starts/stops within the service quarter.
Commercial and multi-family bin (Dumpster) service is billed ahead for services, unless other arrangements are made. For example, the January 1 invoice covers January service. Billing is pro-rated for starts/stops within the service month.
HAWAIIAN GARDENS ONLY
Commercial and multi-family bin (Dumpster) service customers are billed after services, unless other arrangements are made. For example, the January 31 invoice covers January service.
All refunds are considered on a case by case basis. In the event of account adjustments, Waste Resources will make them directly to your account. If a credit balance occurs, customers have the opportunity to request a refund or the credit balance can be applied towards a future bill. Credit card refunds will be credited back to your card within two business days of processing. All refunds may be subject to a service fee.
All commercial customers must give notice pursuant to the confirmation signed upon initiation of service. Waste Resources will refund all overpayments or service cancellation refunds if the customer follows proper procedure in the cancellation of their respective service. Waste Resources holds the right, if proper notice is not provided, to decline refunds for service cancellations.
Any other instances where a refund or credit may be due must be submitted to Waste Resources within 3 business days of the most recent scheduled service date.
