FOR GARDENA RESIDENTS ONLY
Recycle your confidential documents safely and conveniently at Gardena’s upcoming paper shredding event.  This is your chance to shred:

• documents containing social security numbers
• credit card and bank information and statements
• cancelled or unused checks
• insurance and income tax records
• receipts

When: Saturday, April 27, 2024; 8:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m.

Where:  City Hall Complex; 1700 W. 162nd Street

All paper will be shredded onsite. Shredding may end before 12:00 p.m. if paper capacity is reached early.

• MUST be a Gardena resident (bring photo ID and copy of utility bill)
• Drive-up only (no walk-ins); enter eastbound 162nd from Western Ave
• Maximum of five boxes (12” x 16” x 10”) per household
• All paper will be shredded onsite
• Shredding may end before 12:00 p.m. if paper capacity is reached early
• NO business or commercial waste
