Semi-Annual Cleanup Starts in Gardena on Sept. 28

Lynwood Fall 2024 Community Cleanup

LYNWOOD residents – bring your over-sized and bulky waste for disposal – FREE of charge – on Saturday, September 21 from 8am-2pm at the corner of Bellinger and Butler.  A valid photo ID and current copy of WR trash bill are required to participate. Two Workshops for Gardena Businesses This Summer

Waste Resources, along with the Gardena Valley Chamber of Commerce, will be hosting two workshops for businesses and multi-family managers/owners to discuss the state’s new-ish recycling requirements.  Since Jan. 1, 2022, all residents, businesses, and multi-family properties are required to recycle their organic and dry material.  WR’s three-container system makes compliance easy.  Plus, dry recycling service is available at no additional cost in Gardena.
