Carson residents can take advantage of two opportunities to celebrate America Recycles Say (November 15). The first is a paper shredding and electronics recycling event on Saturday, October 16 , 2021, from 8 a.m. to 12 p.m. in the City Hall parking lot (701 E. Carson Street).
