Dates Set for First Bulky Item Collection Event of 2023 For Gardena Residents

Lynwood Spring 2022 Community Cleanup

LYNWOOD residents – bring your over-sized and bulky waste for disposal – FREE of charge – on Saturday, May 21 from 8am-2pm at the corner of Bellinger and Butler.  A valid photo ID and current copy of WR trash bill are required to participate. Carson Clean Environment Week Spring 2022

FOR CARSON RESIDENTS ONLYCelebrate Earth Day by recycling your old electronics – computers, TVs, copiers, VCRs, cell phones, DVD and Blu-Ray players, and microwaves – and commit to caring for the environment. You can also recycle your confidential documents safely and conveniently at this event. All paper will be shredded onsite. Shredding may end before 12:00 p.m. if paper capacity is reached early. Carson Fall 2021 Clean Environment Week

 Carson residents can take advantage of two opportunities to celebrate America Recycles Say (November 15). The first is a paper shredding and electronics recycling event on Saturday, October 16 , 2021, from 8 a.m. to 12 p.m. in the City Hall parking lot (701 E. Carson Street). See the attached flyer for details. From October 11 to 15, 2021 ONLY, on your regular service day, residential cart customers have the opportunity to set out up to three 30-gallon bags each of trash, recycling, and greenwaste at no additional charge, as well as up to four bulky/e-waste items.
