Thanks to the success of our first event in April, we’ll be holding Gardena’s second compost giveaway of the year!
When: Saturday, June 10, 2023; 8:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m., or while supplies last
Where: Rowley Park; 13220 Van Ness Avenue
MUST be a Gardena resident (bring photo ID and copy of utility bill)
SELF-SERVE event (shovels will be provided if you don’t bring one)
First come, first serve
Drive-up only (no walk-ins); enter through south Van Ness entrance
Bring your own containers or buckets (no bags)
Limit 50 gallons per vehicle
NO trailers or commercial vehicles; rentals limited to pick-up trucks only
